Safety Statement

Toys from Main Street Gardens, Inc. are developed from initial concepts and ideas into final products through cycles of PLANNING, DESIGNING, TESTING, and IMPROVEMENT.  Each cycle provides new lessons with improvements that are implimented in the next cycle.  This process continues until all requirements, including conformance with industry standards and government requirements for safety are met.

The resulting prototype is further tested in my home, with full engagement from my wife, Charla, and our 3 girls and 3 boys.  Observation of my children at play with prototypes, and feedback from each family member, has resulted in additional product improvement cycles and a high degree of confidence that our products are fun, educational, age appropriate and SAFE.

Rest assured that our products comply with Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Toy Safey, ASTM F 963, and government requirements limiting heavy metals and lead.
